We are a licensed member of the Association of Residential Lettings Agents (ARLA) of which our chairman is a past president and are members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and The Property Ombudsman for Lettings service.

Jordan’s is a member of the Tenancy Deposit Scheme which has been developed to ensure the deposits we hold are protected and any disputes about the return are resolved swiftly and impartially.

In addition, by renting one of our managed properties, you will have the support of the office which is open six days a week and also access to our after hours emergency advice help line. All our managed properties are provided with an inventory which is essential to confirm the condition of a property once you leave.
