Our branches open 6 days a week and stay open late most weekday evenings. We are a licensed member of the Association of Residential Lettings Agents (ARLA) of which our chairman is a past president and are members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and The Property Ombudsman for Lettings service.

Our website is updated in real time giving our 13 million annual visitors the ability to see your property the same day it’s listed. In addition to our website, all available properties are listed on the major property portals within 1 day; these include these include Rightmove, Globrix, PropertyLive and many more.

We advertise in the local press using full page adverts where possible. Our offices are modern with highly visible signage and window displays; we have branded cars able to take tenants to viewings and use eye-catching To-Let boards on all our properties. All of this means we are your first choice for property letting and management.

Tenancy Agreement

The Jordan’s Tenancy Agreement protects your rights and interests whilst making sure you and your tenant comply with current legislation and contract law.

Buy to Let Mortgages

Rental Income Protection

Our market leading and unique On-Time© rent and legal costs protection scheme has been developed to meet the demanding pressures of being a landlord. The scheme covers, in particular:

• Any rent not paid by the Tenant is paid by the Agent to the
  Landlord on the due date.*
• On-Time© rental payments continue for up to 12 months when
  rent is unpaid or until vacant possession is obtained
• When vacant possession has been achieved,
  payments continue for a further 2 months at 50% of the
  tenancy’s rent or until a new tenant is found.
• There is no excess to pay.
• There is up to £50,000 worth of legal expenses arising in
  respect of any material breach of the Tenancy Agreement by
  the Tenant

Visit property and advise on rents, furnishings and related matters
